As everything is hand-crafted and made to order all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be certain of your design and size before ordering.
Our items and designs are hard-wearing and suitable for regular family washes. However, to keep them looking their absolute best we recommend washing at 30 degrees - it's also better for the environment!
Our items and designs are heat resistant and suitable for tumble drying. Again, a low heat will keep them looking their best.
We recommend ironing inside out and without steam.
