Customs import duty
Any customs or import duties levied once the parcel reaches its destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges must be paid before the parcel will be released; please note that if you are sending an item as a gift, the charges may fall to the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with cost estimates as import duties vary from country to country.
Exceptional circumstances
It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays and events affecting postal delivery systems, such as adverse weather conditions, strike action, or technical issues.

If there is no one at the delivery address who can accept delivery of products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mailbox.
