These terms and conditions apply to your access to the CustomVarsity website ("Website"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any goods from our Website. If you access the Website, and/or place an order for goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions please do not use our Website.

Payment

We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments via PayPal.

Cards we accept: MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / JCB / Solo / Switch.

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to CustomVarsity have cleared in full.

Order Notes

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in pounds sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. CustomVarsity monitor prices on a daily basis.

In order to offer the best service possible, we reserve the right to change or update items and colours at any time without notice. We make every attempt to be accurate with digital images and specifications, however as we source products from different suppliers each consignment of product may be slightly different to that as advertised digitally or previously supplied, colour calibration and qualtiy of your display can also effect digital representaion.
If tone / colour / specification is crital, especially in the instance of repeating an order for an identical product, it is essential to contact us first as we cannot be held responsible for manufactured product after delivery.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, CustomVarsity reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Item sizes and measurements are provided as a guide only, please be aware that sizes vary from style to style. Size guides are 'to-fit' rather than exact dimensions.

Insofar as the order involves Customised Products you will not have any cooling-off period, right of revocation, right of return or right of termination.

International Order Notes

CustomVarsity accept no liability for any additional charges levied by the government of the recipient country. By placing an order on our website the customer acknowledges the recipient accepts liability for any charges applied by their government (including, but not limited to taxes, duties, holding fees).

CustomVarsity has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are subject to change. CustomVarsity would advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information prior to placing any order.

Furthermore, CustomVarsity will also not be liable for any further costs incurred as a result of customers refusing to pay the applicable customs charges and will charge accordingly for any charges incurred by CustomVarsity as a result of the recipient's refusal to pay the applicable charge levied by Customs.

Customers outside the UK should be aware CustomVarsity will take payment in Sterling; any conversion shown on the website to USD or Euro is purely a guide calculated at that days exchange rate, however your bank or card issuer may not offer the same rate. CustomVarsity will not be liable for any further charges your card issuer may levy.

Cancellation

Because we start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, it is not possible to cancel your order.

Delivery

Your order will be dispatched in 3-7 working working days. See the delivery page for more information.

Parcels will require a signature. We will not be held responsisble for any costs due to not signing for the package, address mistakes or undeliverable addresses.

Credit Card Security

At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.

Returns Policy & Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive all returns must be authorised by CustomVarsity before any goods are returned. All goods may be returned for exchange/refund if they are found to be faulty within 7 days receipt of goods. If goods have been returned because the wrong size has been ordered, postage will be charged for the replacement item. Personalised items are made just for you. That means personalised items are non returnable unless found to be faulty. This includes all items described as "custom", "bespoke" or "personalised".

For CustomVarsity, quality is paramount. We thoroughly test all our products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective. Returned products are inspected and refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products. If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product is returned to you. Items can not be returned if they are worn or altered. Items can not be returned if you do not follow the washing instructions. When returning goods/items it is advisable for "Proof of Posting" to be obtained.
