1) What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via credit or debit card, or PayPal. Cards we accept: MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Maestro / American Express.

2) How much is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum purchase order value.

3) How much are the delivery costs?

Delivery to the UK is a low flat fee of £ 4.95. International delivery costs vary by region, you will be able to see all the options during the checkout process.

4) Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the whole of the EU, plus Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada.

5) How long do jackets take to make?

Custom jackets tend to take around 3-7 working days to complete, though we often finish sooner. Then delivery is next day in the UK, or First Class worldwide.

If you require your jacket by a certain date please feel free to contact us.

6) How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an order confirmation by email within 15 minutes of completing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your email filters.

7) Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to start work as soon as an order is made so it is generally not possible to change or cancel your order. However, please feel free to contact us about your changes and if they don't conflict with parts of your order that have already been made then we will be happy to make the updates.

8) Can I subsequently cancel my order?

Personalised and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled as they are made uniquely to order.

9) Can I return an item?

You may return non-personalised items within 14 days as long as they are unused.

Personalised items are made especially for you and as such can not be returned or exchanged. If an item is faulty please contact us and we will correct or replace as necessary. All returns must be within 14 days receipt of goods and it is advisable for "Proof of Posting" to be obtained.

11) What happens if a product is not available in the required size/colour?

Please contact us and we\'ll see what we can do.

12) Can I get custom logos?

Yes we can add your logo or other custom shape to your design. Please contact us with your design idea and we\'ll see what we can do!

13) Can we order as a school/club/team?

Yes we welcome team orders. We are happy to add your names and logos and larger orders will receive a team discount.

15) Why does 'MediaGlow' appear on our bill / payment screen when using PayPal?

MediaGlow is our parent company and payment handler. It's still us - the same people in the same building - just PayPal only allows the name of the parent company!
