Delivery

Jackets can be shipped worldwide.

All items are created and dispatched within 3-7 working working days of receipt of your order, sometimes even sooner. Not bad considering every order is totally unique! Delivery is then by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery within 48 hours of dispatch, subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions.

International deliveries are made by Royal Mail International within 2-6 days of dispatch, subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions.

All parcels will require a signature. If you are not in a card will be left. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for re-delivery/collection within 21 days otherwise the goods will be returned to us. Any such returned goods will be re-sent upon payment of a further delivery charge. If you do not wish the goods to be re-sent we will refund the cost of your order less postage and packing and a re-stocking fee of 25%.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss any queries or problems that you may have. Items returned for exchange will incur additional postage at the same rate as the original purchase. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend a signed for service, as we cannot exchange or refund goods if they are lost in transit. Returns must be made within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Goods that are made to order are not refundable unless faulty.
